Andrea E. Frazier is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Roseway Studio, a Detroit-based strategic consulting firm that helps founders build the organizational infrastructure to execute their vision. She founded Roseway Studio on a single conviction: that the organizations doing the most important work deserve the same quality of strategic infrastructure as anyone else — built around their purpose, not borrowed from a template.
Andrea brings more than 30 years of operational leadership experience across three distinct chapters. She began her career co-leading Jay Gregory Enterprises, a Detroit-based woman-owned small business that operated multi-sector concession contracts at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, managing partnerships across retail, food and beverage, and parking operations for 15 years. That experience gave her an early and deep education in the realities of running complex organizations: navigating government contracts, managing diverse partner relationships, maintaining operational performance under regulatory scrutiny, and leading through circumstances that no business plan fully anticipates.
From there, Andrea spent close to a decade in operations roles at two of Michigan’s most recognized institutions, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Rocket Mortgage, where she worked at the intersection of operational strategy, technology implementation, and organizational systems. She holds an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
At Roseway Studio, Andrea works with founders and organizations who have launched something real and are ready to build the infrastructure behind it — helping them develop mission clarity, strategic decision-making frameworks, and the presence that tells the world exactly what they stand for and who they serve. Her client work spans mission-driven organizations and for-profit founders alike, including A Safe Space for Men, Soulivity Media, SafetyZone Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Building Better Men, and the Male Responsibility Institute.
